Goji Berry Lemonade -
Superfood Lemonade Recipe Drink!













Goji berry lemonade is a refreshing, cold superfood drink on a HOT summers day. If you are one of those people who has the lemonade pitcher ready and cold during the heat of summer, you'll love filling it up with this superfood lemonade version that gives you a bit more than just lemons.

I always loved traditional lemonade as a child, though it consisted of white sugar, as opposed to natural sweeteners. We had a Meyers lemon tree in our backyard, so lemons were always an abundant fruit in our house. We did the traditional "lemonade stand on the street corner", which as a child, I loved.

Here I am now, with a much more updated version of the lemonade stand, the internet. Not to sell you actual lemonade of course, just inspire you to make your own with way better ingredients.

Its all relative, I guess. Traditional homemade lemonade is better than 7-up or Country Time, that's for sure. But, our goal here is to go beyond all the junk, and just get right down to basic, high quality superfoods that can take our health to the next level of growth as a human species.

Pink Lemonade Recipe

This goji lemonade has the added benefits of antioxidants, polysaccharides and super powerful ocean energy all in one lemony cold beverage!

It is a top 10 superfood drink that will boost your immune system, enhance eyesight, protect the skin, shield radiation and increase brain function.

Ok, that's the kind of super drink I want on a mid summers day!

We call this goji berry lemonade, a pink lemonade recipe, but really it is more "orange" than "pink". It has the pink-orange color of goji berries, the brown-orange color of camu camu, and a few drops of green marine phytoplankton.

Goji Berry Lemonade Recipe:

This recipe is for one glass, so you can double or quadruple if you want to make a big batch.... which I recommend.

In a vitamix blender blend the following:

  • 1/8t stevia or few drops stevia solution
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • 1t raw honey
  • 1T goji berry
  • 1T aloe vera
  • 1/4t camu camu
  • 1C spring water
  • pinch sea salt
Strain liquid through a fine mesh strainer or nut milk bag.

Add 2 drops of marine phytoplankton and stir.

Serve with ice and a lemon round or wedge.

Makes one glass of lemonade.
