The Raw Food Diet,
A High Raw Diet and Superfoods Life!

What is the Raw Food Diet?

The raw food diet is helping thousands of people from every walk of life heal, detoxify, remineralize, alkalize, and renew with a raw sunlight energy that transforms cells!

Rawfood, simply put, is "living food". Food that has not been cooked, retaining it's enzymes, life-force and essential phytonutrients needed by the body to function and digest at the finest levels.

"It is not the food in your life, it's the life in your food", as we like to say.

The High Raw Life!

Although I am not of the belief that eating a 100% raw food diet for life is needed for optimal health, I do believe it can be very helpful to add in more raw foods to ones daily diet on a regular basis.

This concept is usually referred to as a "high raw" diet.

For me, a high raw diet includes eating the top raw food superfoods listed below for the majority of the day. At the end of the day, I usually eat a meal of raw and lightly steamed or cooked foods. Of course, this may vary depending on the season.

A healthy diet plan might include phases of eating a 100% raw vegan diet for a period of time, but many people today are including just 50% raw foods in their diet and are noticing dramatic changes. They are feeling healthy and well for the first time in their lives, achieving ideal body weight and cleansing the body from processed, refined foods.

Whether you are coming from a "meat and potatoes", "fast-food", vegetarian or SAD diet, a raw food diet plan can add tremendous benefits your overall health to prevent what causes aging.

High Raw Diet - Taste And Nutrition!

Today, the subject of food has hit an all time high. Cooking shows and food networks are common place in kitchens around the world.

One of the reasons for this is due to the fact that people seek "comfort" in food and it's traditional preparations around the world have become a culinary art and skill satisfying the taste buds, but lacking in quality nutrition.

The raw diet is a great way to get superior nutrition without giving up flavor, texture and comfort of those favorite traditional foods. You can actually

"have your cake and eat it too"!

Just make it a raw cake that gives you something in return.......whole nutrition and energy!

Raw food diet cookbooks and raw food restaurants are also making new ground in the culinary world. People can eat a healthy diet, look and feel great, yet also enjoy the tastiest, most vibrant, colorful cuisine on earth, made not with a stove or microwave, but a dehydrator.

There is no shortage of raw vegan recipes that provide substitutes for your favorite cooked dishes.

Healthy recipes ,delicious desserts and cacao recipes made from raw chocolate, will satisfy the most intense of cravings! Or discover what carob is and how you can use it as a chocolate substitute in many recipes.

With some simple adjustments, you to can enjoy simple or gourmet raw meals at home. All you will need is some basic kitchen tools to get started.
