The Raw Vegan Diet - Ideal Weight With A Vegan Diet!
The raw vegan diet is making it's mark in weight loss success stories around the world. The reason for this is simple when on a raw food diet plan.
When you eat raw, vegan, living foods that are whole, water-rich and enzymatically alive, you can digest and assimilate them without unnecessary excess that overloads the cells, tissues, organs, and systems of the body.
The more processed our food is, the harder it is to break down. Excessive cooking, baking and frying of food denatures it and creates excess and toxins that we can not convert to energy. This causes an array of health problems and weight gain issues.
Finding Your Ideal Weight!
Raw vegan recipes are great way to shed those extra pounds and find your ideal weight and natural body.
They allow you to enjoy the tastes and textures of your favorite foods, like pizza or cinnamon rolls, without the harmful effects of cooking, meat or dairy products.
We all intuitively want to find our idyllic weight... not to much, not to little, but just right!
We all have a "natural body" weight that is intended specifically for us to feel alive and vibrant. When we find it and maintain it, true superhealth and longevity become possible.
This does not mean that those who have weight issues should "feel bad" about their condition, but rather be inspired to seek better habits that can help you loose or gain the weight needed to find the body that is "truly yours".
Success Stories
My two favorite success stories are those of Angela Stokes Monarch and Phillip McCluskey, though there are countless out there. It just shows what is possible with a little dedication and intention setting, hundreds of pounds can be loss and optimal health achieved.
The power is within all of us to take control of our own eating habits by making the necessary lifestyle changes that can totally transform our life.

What Is Veganism?
We discuss the health benefits of eating a raw food diet, but what is a "vegan diet"?
A vegan diet seeks to eliminate the use of animals as food or for any other purpose. This could be for both moral reasons (ethical treatment of animals) or because someone doesn't believe meat is a natural food we should be eating.
Although we do not personally advocate giving up meat if you feel your body needs it, we do promote trying a raw vegan diet for periods of time.
The reason for this is because it gives your body "a break" from cooked meat proteins that can overload the body and provides the cleansing effects of food in it's "raw" state.
Experiment for yourself and see how is makes you feel.
Try it for one day or one week.
Or what about making 50% of your diet raw vegan for a period of time.
