Enzymes:

Converting Food Into Nutrients!

Enzymes are catalysts that transform our food into usable vitamins, proteins, fats, minerals, and carbohydrates.

They play a vital role in digestion and all life processes! They are proteins that contain a high electrical frequencies and are at the heart of overall super health.

There are 3 types:

1) Metabolic - present in the organs, cells and tissues 2) Digestive and 3) Food.

The food enzymes are the ones we have the most direct control over by choosing a healthy diet plan that incorporates high enzymatic activity and living food that maximizes our levels of nutrient absorption.

A diet of over-cooked, processed and refined foods over time depletes the body’s metabolic and digestive enzymatic potentials.

In the words of Dr. Edward Howell in his book Enzyme Nutrition he states:

"They are substances that make life possible. They are needed for every chemical reaction that takes place in the human body. Not mineral, vitamin, or hormone can do any work without them. Our bodies, all our organs, tissues, and cells are run by metabolic enzymatic processes."

Low Enzyme Diet Weakens System

When we are not getting appropriate enzymatic action from our foods our body starts to draw on our metabolic reserves which over time considerably deplete and weaken the entire body and it's vital organs.

Disease and degeneration is intimately linked to the damaging effects of a diet low in enzymatic activity. It has been suggested by Dr Howell that our longevity and length of life suffers as a result.

”Humans eating an enzyme-less diet use up a tremendous amount of their potential in lavish secretions of the pancreas and other digestive organs. The result is a shortened lifespan (65 years or less compared with 100 or more), illness, and lowered resistance to stresses of all types, psychological and environmental.”

Enzymatically Rich Foods:

It is important to eat a diet high in enzymatic activity, which tends to be food in it's raw state. Eating mostly a raw food diet can help considerably in re-establishing levels.

All of the top 10 superfoods are packed with potent sources, as are super sprouts and raw vegetable juicing.

Sprouts are fresh, alive and ready to take action.

Raw juices, like wheatgrass are also great for boosting levels and are a most super concentrated way to immediately absorb loads of these essential molecules.

Any of the fermented foods are potent sources of enzymatic actions. Especially raw sauerkraut!

Sometimes fermentation also breaks down inhibitors in beans, nuts and seeds, allowing for full nutrient intake.

Most American culture needs more “culture” from cultured and fermented foods. For the sake of colon health and to increase the enzymatic process due to poor quality diet. (SAD)

Americans have a high level of undigested proteins, as seen through live cell analyzes, which in turn cause poor digestion, producing a toxic and encrusted digestive tract that supports disease.

Increase your enzymatic potentials today by adding in these foods that will give you more nutrition and take less from your own savings of metabolic energy!
