A Healthy Diet Plan Using Superfoods!

A healthy diet plan first begins with working "with where you are at" at any phase of health or disease.

I prefer to take a gentle, easy and fun approach to incorporating more energy rich foods into my current diet to prevent what causes aging. I approach nutrition as a way to personally design my body and my life!

We offer healthy diet tips and a raw food diet plan that will, over time, help promote higher and higher states of what I call "superhealth" and the secrets to a long life.

This natural state of well being, for me, began with amping up nutrient levels to provide the missing links by:



~delivering essential mineral intake

~super boosting with
antioxidants

~providing a healthy colon with whole fiber foods

~rebuilding
immunity with powerful adaptogens

~supplying the finest
protein rich foods

~increasing amount of enzyme rich foods

~offering high amounts of
chlorophyll protein

The purpose of the food we eat is to provide balanced energy and fuel to live our life but...

1) We have strayed from this definition a bit, using food as an emotional support, with addictive behaviors that keeps us from feeling the best we can feel.

2) In addition, our current diet (or "healthy diet") might not be supplying the needed nutrients that can provide even a balanced state of health, not to mention superhealth.

The good news is that the body always has the ability to restore and regenerate itself, regardless of your present health condition!

Once you really comprehend your healing potential, with belief and faith, you begin to own the power within you.

The power to HEAL and rebuild!

Where are you at?

So, you might be thinking, where do I start? Well... that is easy, start with today, this moment right now.

How do you feel? Using your all important intuition is one of the best advises we can give to create your own healthy diet plans.

Your body always knows the answer to greater health, when you ask the question and listen, it will come.

It is also helpful to ask yourself:

What am I practically able to add into my current diet that I would feel good about?

We are all unique and have our own special nutrient needs and issues to consider when creating a healthy diet plan.

When you make the decision to eat healthier foods, it enables you to transform and change on different levels. When you make improvements to your current diet you are starting from the ground up.

Healthy diets simply make you feel better. It is from this place you can make other appropriate changes in your life.

Trust Your Body!

A healthy diet plan begins with identifying what you would like to improve and the belief that you can do it.

~energy level?

~mental alertness?

~sexual libido?

~arthritis?

~insomnia?

Often times, health obstacles are signals that we are out of balance.

Our bodies are a magnificent design, and given the best foods possible, they will provide "fuel for consciousness", so we can be more naturally awake and alive in our daily lives!
