Healthy Dessert Recipes -
Raw Desserts To GIVE You Energy!

Enjoy these amazing healthy dessert recipes derived from the idea that "life should be fun." Like we often say, you can "have your cake and eat it too."

These healthy desserts not only provide you with the cozy, comfort of delightful decadence, but also supplement you with super nutrients from the top 10 superfoods and more.

These are dessert recipes that will satisfy a sweet tooth, blending in combination's of the different natural sweeteners, without the added calories, fat and refined ingredients of traditional recipes.

You may notice, a little goes a long way with these desserts. You feel way more satisfied with just a small piece because they are "food and fuel" as well as desserts!

Some of our recipes use chia seeds and irish moss, both of which are excellent cell hydrators that provide long burning fuel to help you feel nourished and satisfying for many hours.

Eat them for breakfast, lunch or dinner...or on occasion, as a main meal!

These desserts are "raw", but still retain the wonderful textures of cooked foods without compromising nutrition! In fact, they are superfood dense, often incorporating herbal tea alchemy for a bit more magic.

How To Eat Raw Dessert Recipes

We recommend eating these desserts, not for "dessert", but on occasion as a meal. Desserts, in general, are better for digestion when eaten alone, not directly after a main entree.

When I eat raw, decadent foods, high in nuts, I find that a nice, alkaline glass of nutritive herbal tea or water with a few drops of marine phytoplankton helps in balancing their more acid nature.

(Also, you can always substitute carob powder for cacao in any recipe. Carob is an alkaline food.)

Some desserts go well with a cold glass of almond milk using our almond milk recipe.

These raw dessert recipes are a great way to substitute baked and refined desserts with raw healthy ones. They are essential for those in transition to a raw food diet plan because they help to keep you fit, active and vibrant, but still provide amazing taste comforts.

Dessert Tea Recipe:

Here's a favorite herbal tea recipe I like to make to sip with the sweetness of healthy dessert recipes.

Infused the following in hot water:

  • 1T gotu kola
  • 1T alfalfa
  • 1T horsetail
  • 1T milk thistle
  • 2T lemon grass
  • 1/2T orange peel
  • 1T lemon verbena

Enjoy!!
