Here are some juicing recipes to get you started! Feel the difference juicing everyday with basic recipes that offer concentrated liquid nutrition to your body and blood.
Juicing is easy and fun! It is a great way to start the day when the digestive tract is clear and the cells are hungry for high quality liquid nutrition.
We go in and out of juicing phases depending on the time of year. Sometimes we will juice for months in a row then take a break for awhile. Experiment with what works best for you and your body and lifestyle.
Basic Juicing Recipes:
Green Goodness Juice
2 celery stalks
1/2 cucumber
3 big pieces of dino kale
some fennel bulb or stalk
6 stems of parsely
1/4c spring water
Press veggies through your favorite juicer and run 1/4c spring water at the end to extract rest of juicing liquid. Pour into a glass. Serves one.
We tend to drink about a quart of juice at one time, in this case you would need to double the above recipe.
Millions have healed "many a health issue" just by juicing alone! Juice feasting can be done for many days in a row. This allows the organs to take a break from solid food, but at the same time, it replenishes the body with the nutrients needed to mineralize depletion's.

Drinking Your Juice:
When drinking your juices, drink them slow!! You want to swish the liquid around your mouth a bit and kind of "chew" it. This prepares for digestion. The green juicing recipes are good for washing the mouth free of bacteria and they will also nourish your teeth.
Remember... you can also use the pulp from your juice to add to raw soup recipes, dehydrated crackers or try it in our recipe for croutons that uses over a quart of left over juicing fiber!!
