Raw Soup Recipes: Super Delicious and Nutritious!

Raw Soup Recipes:

Creamy Hemp Chowder Soup:

Makes 2 small bowls

*serve with dehydrated squash chips.

You will love the creamy chowder like texture and amazing taste of this wonderful soup when you want some extra protein.

Delicious on a wintery day, sometimes we put it our Excalibur dehydrator for 20 minutes or so to warm.

Green Goddess Soup:

  • 1/2C dino kale
  • 1/4c chopped fennel bulb/stalk
  • 7 yellow cherry tomatoes
  • 1/2C lemon cucumber
  • 1/2C yellow zucchini
  • 1/2 stalk celery
  • 1/2C cauliflower
  • 1/2 clove garlic
  • inch of carrot
  • 1t cumin
  • 1t turmeric
  • 1t homemade garbanzo bean miso
  • 1t kelp powder
  • spring cilantro
  • 1/8t celery seed
  • 3/4C nutritive tea (see herbal tea recipes)
  • *top with kale chips.

    Also delicious topped with super sprouts!
